Eaglemoss Alien & Predator Figurine Collection

Are you a fan of the Alien or Predator franchises? Of course you are. Who isn’t? Have I got the toy line for you!

Alien and Predator Collection

Eaglemoss Collections has joined with Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products to answer the demands of sci-fi fans with the introduction of the first and only authorized collection of figurines based on characters from the Alien, Predator, AVP, and Prometheus movie franchises. And best of all, you can start your collection for $9.95.

Each figurine is cast in a specially formulated metallic resin and carefully painted by hand. There are nine figurines in all and based on the two previews I’ve got they are BAD ASS.

Eaglemoss Hicks Figure

Corporal Dwayne Hicks is one of the Colonial Marine’s squad leaders who are sent to investigate the loss of communication with a colony on LV-426. Armed with a standard issue pulse rifle as well as a shotgun for ‘close encounters’, Hicks is one of the few marines to make it out of the alien hive. He stands at approximately 5 inches.

This is an outstanding little figure. Tons of detail in the face, gear and base. I’m not sure it’s the most dynamic pose of all but if I were faced with an alien I’m not sure I’d be able to muster much more than a head tilt either.

Hick was played in the movie by Michael Biehn and while there’s not a great likeness here but it’s really not necessary – this is a great little figure to add to your collection.

Eaglemoss Scar Predator Figure

Two of cinema’s greatest franchises clashed in 2004’s Alien vs. Predator. The lead Predator in the movie – Scar, was one of three Predators who entered the ancient pyramid in Antarctica to unleash and kill a host of Xenomorphs in a rite of passage. The impressive Scar Predator stands imposingly at 7.5 inches tall.

First off, I’ve got to say that I totally enjoyed Alien vs. Predator. I say that because I know I’m in the minority but I don’t really care. It was a fun little flick. That reminds me, I should probably re-watch it and review it for the site. But I digress.

Scar is just plain tremendous. A slew of detail in his armor, base, dreadlocks and fishnet stockings. We also get a Xenomorph head which is extra cool and has a ton of detail in its own right. With his outstretched arm this guy is huge and will make a nice addition to my toy case.

Based on these first two samples that the folks that Eaglemoss were nice enough to send my way I’m definitely going to go and pick up the rest of the figures in the line. The Xenomorphs and Predator figs look absolutely stunning. And check it out… Eaglemoss has made it crazy easy and affordable to get into this line.

I've been a fan of horror and slasher movies for as long as I can remember. I consider the original Halloween to be the best horror movie of all time and my guilty pleasure horror flick would be The Exorcist III. You can find me on Twitter at @406Northlane or TikTok @406Northlane where I'm sure I'll offend you at least once a day.
