by Are you a fan of The Walking Dead? The show returns for its seventh season on Sunday October 23rd and we’ll finally find out just who met the business end of Negan’s Lucille.
Last week during San Diego Comic Con the trailer for the upcoming season was released and boy was it outstanding. It doesn’t show us who got the Lucille treatment (duh) but it does give us some insight as to what’s coming this season including the introduction of some new characters which readers of the comics will know.
According to Executive Producer / Director Greg Nicotero, “The next season is a very different Walking Dead from the one we are accustomed to. I think that people will enjoy that the show continues to change direction and doesn’t just deliver the same thing over and over again. It’s the logical place where our show should go. We close one chapter and open a whole new chapter.” I haven’t the slightest clue what this means, but I’m excited for October to find out.
